Julie Maidment
Julie Maidment is a property accountant for Wellington Management, Inc. and has been with the company since February 2004. Julie currently handles the accounting for eight commercial properties and two development properties managed by WMI. Along with the day to day accounting for each property, Julie works on maintaining the cash flows for each building, developing the budgets with each property manager, and the year end annual tax preparations.
Before joining WMI, Julie supervised 16 years for the accounting departments for a retail company called Hoigaard's, Inc. and more recently for Custom Millwork, Inc. Julie has a bachelors of science degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Moorhead State University.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys following her four children to their many activities and volunteers numerous hours helping her son's traveling basketball program through the Tartan High School.
