David Bergstrom, Director of Project Management and Construction Services, assists Wellington Management, Inc. in design, construction and operation of new and existing properties.

David's experience in property and facilities management, construction and development provides a depth of knowledge in operating Wellington's commercial properties. His background includes managing commercial facilities as well as institutional and corporate campuses.

Prior to joining Wellington, David was Manager of Building Services for Ecolab, Inc., a Fortune 500 firm with headquarters in St. Paul. Previously he was Assistant Director and Mechanical Systems Manager for Macalester College and a commercial property manager for Eberhardt Commercial Real Estate. David received his bachelor of arts degree from Macalester College in St. Paul. He lives in St. Paul with his wife and two children.
