Judd Fenlon

Judd Fenlon is the Director of Real Estate Development for Wellington Management, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2002, Judd has overseen the acquisition and development of Hi-Lake Shopping Center and Corridor Flats, the award winning Penn-Lowry Crossing, Lexington Park and the acquisition of the Green Institute. He is responsible for land acquisition, project design and development, all regulatory approvals and managing the construction, sales and marketing for individual projects.

Before joining Wellington Management, Judd worked on the equity trading floor of Piper Jaffrey doing research and trade settlement work. He has a MBA with a finance concentration from the University of St. Thomas. In addition to his role at Wellington Management, Inc. Judd is the co-chair of the Economic Development Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the Midway Chamber of Commerce, is on the Board of Directors for the Hi-Lake Business Association, he is a graduate of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce Leadership Saint Paul Program and served as a member of the Central Corridor Station Area Planning Committee. Judd lives with his wife, Molly, and four children in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul.
