Wellington Management, Inc.

Todd Kaufman is a property manager with Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Todd recently joined the firm in January of 2008. He is currently managing office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the metro area. Prior to joining Wellington, Todd was a property manager with Welsh Companies, LLC for over ten years, where he managed a mix of office, industrial, and retail properties consisting of eighteen buildings and one hundred and sixty tenants.

Todd is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Minnesota Shopping Centers Association (MSCA). He is currently working towards his Real Property Administration designation (RPA) and his Certified Property Managers designation (CPM).

Todd was born and raised in Minnesota and is married with two children. He resides in Milaca.
