We are excited to debut “The Townline” — the brand name for our apartment community (F.K.A. Shady Oak) in Minnetonka’s Opus Park! The name is grounded in the original name for Highway 62, Townline Road, which acts as the crosstown connection between the eastern and western suburbs and marks the border of Minnetonka and Eden Prairie. The project’s first phase will include 223 studio through three-bedroom homes. The team is currently in framing phase and expected to compete the second floor this week. Top-out is anticipated for late June.
