Ashley Urlick

Ashley Urlick is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI), where she facilitates collaboration among tenants, vendors, and property managers to ensure the delivery of integrated property management services. Since joining WMI in 2017, Ashley has advanced through roles from customer service representative to Special Projects Coordinator, Assistant Property Manager, and most recently, Property Manager in January 2023.

Ashley holds a B.A. in Business Management from St. Cloud State University and is an alum of Leadership Saint Paul’s class of 2019. She is currently working on her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMI (Building Owners and Manager Institute). Outside of work, Ashley enjoys hiking and spending quality time with her two dogs and her husband, Joe.
