Cameron Olson

Cameron Olson is a Development Associate at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Cameron plays a critical role in supporting the company’s development initiatives. His responsibilities encompass a range of tasks related to real estate development projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish.

Prior to joining WMI in 2023, Cameron worked as an Investment Associate at the Great Rivers Company, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm located in Minneapolis, MN. During his time at the Great Rivers Company, he assisted investors, developers and corporate entities in the acquisition and disposition of retail strip centers and mix-use properties, including net lease retail, medical and industrial net lease investments, located throughout the greater Midwest.

Cameron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends, the great outdoors and watching the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.
