His previous experience in the construction industry, including owning his own business, gave him knowledge on how to fix a lot of things. He enjoys the satisfaction he gets from making residents happy with timely and thorough repairs. His job is made easy with the help of his great team.

Charles and his wife spend a lot of time with their grandchildren since they live close by. They enjoy bonfires in the backyard and outdoor grilling. His hobbies include playing drums and golfing.
