Ken Norful is Senior Construction Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Among his responsibilities are overseeing budgets for new construction projects as well as for renovation of new development projects while also providing pricing and technical direction for potential development opportunities. Additionally, Ken directs specific initiatives and upgrades related to existing Wellington properties. Prior to joining WMI in 2016, Ken worked as both Field Engineer and Project Manager for McGough Construction. He supervised various types of tenant improvement projects, including those at a medical technology firm, while serving on the team which built a five-story 128.500 square foot medical office building. Additionally, Ken oversaw build-outs of numerous renovations covering up to 50,000 square feet, and he served as a project manager for construction of the new 34,758 square foot Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity headquarters. Before his employment at McGough Construction, Ken served for three years as an Arkansas correctional officer. Ken holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff. He also earned a Certificate in Construction Project Management from Dunwoody College of Technology.
