Kendra Woods is a Senior Residential Operations Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Kendra has worked in the multi-housing industry with Steven Scott Management for over 14 years, obtaining vast experience in new construction and lease-ups. With proven success with ethnically and culturally diverse populations, Kendra has experience in both market rate and affordable housing programs. She has been recognized as a dedicated, motivated and energetic professional, with a valuable combination of skills in communication, marketing, leadership and customer service. Kendra enhances professional growth at every opportunity, gaining her several MHA MADACS nominations throughout her career, with several wins for her achievements.
