Michaela Hoen

Michaela Hoen is a Senior Residential Property Accountant at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Prior to joining WMI in 2025, Michaela was a Senior Property Management Accountant at CommonBond Communities in St. Paul for 3 years where she oversaw 12-15 low income/affordable housing properties. She has over 10 years of staff accounting experience in multiple industries, including airlines, automotive sales, and IT infrastructure.

Michaela graduated magna cum laude from Metropolitan State University with a B.S. in Accounting in 2018, after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Studio Art in 2011. While not at work, Michaela enjoys baking, creating miniatures, fiber arts, and her plant collection.
