Customer Service and Property Administrator
Rachel Happe joined the Customer Service and Property Administration team at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI) in 2023. With this team, she is able to provide maintenance by coordinating with tenants in a timely fashion to ensure their customer service and repair needs are being met. Prior to joining MWI, Rachel worked in customer service roles at public libraries and medical offices.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, cooking and baking, exploring the outdoors while hiking and fishing, and spending time with her nephews and cat.
