Rachel Happe

Rachel Happe joined the Customer Service and Property Administration team at Wellington Management in 2023. Within this team, she was able to provide maintenance by coordinating with tenants in a timely fashion to ensure their customer service and repair needs were being met. In 2024, Rachel transferred to a marketing position at WMI. She now assists with the creation of news and social media content, various design tasks across the portfolio, and community engagement efforts.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, cooking and baking, exploring the outdoors while hiking and fishing, and spending time with her nephews and cats.
