Vicki Karr

Vicki Karr is a Senior Property Manager for Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Among other assignments, Vicki is responsible for managing WMI’s 85,000 sf Valley Creek Mall in Woodbury and Greenway Office Building in Minneapolis as well as the company's 55,000 sf. Court West office building in St. Paul. Before joining WMI in 2008, she was the client service coordinator for Frauenshuh Companies where she implemented a new customer service program and led a team of 15 building engineers.

In addition to being honored as a top “Woman in Business” by the Minneapolis St Paul Business Journal in 2021, Vicki is a member of St Paul’s Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) as well as as the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM). She also serves on the Board of Lake Street Council.
