Ann Burgess

Ann Burgess is a Residential Property Accountant at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Prior to joining WMI in 2022, Ann was a property accountant at CommonBond Communities in St. Paul. She maintained the accounting for 15-20 low-income/affordable housing properties. She has also worked at larger companies such as Donaldson Company, Inc. in Bloomington and CHS, Inc. in Inver Grove Heights. At Donaldson’s, Ann worked in the accounts payable and accounts receivable areas as a bookkeeper. At CHS, she worked in their energy division as an accounts payable specialist, then moved to the corporate division as an accountant.

Ann received her associate’s of applied science degree in accounting from Minnesota State College Southeast Technical, Red Wing campus in 2002. She eventually went back to school and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting & business from St. Mary’s University in 2013. While not at work, Ann enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her children’s sporting events, traveling and working on home renovation projects.
