Justin Bryant is a Property Manager of commercial properties and Regional Manager of residential properties at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Prior to joining WMI in 2022, Justin was Senior Regional Manager at CommonBond Communities in St. Paul, overseeing 1300 units of affordable housing in the metro area. Justin manages and leases multiple properties on the Lake Street corridor including the rebuilt Hi-Lake Shopping Center, retail at Everlake, and Minnehaha Crossing. Justin enjoys working with new business owners and creating new partnerships.
