Casey Dzieweczynski (Jevachenski)

Casey Dzieweczynski is the Chief Financial Officer at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Casey leads WMI's finance and accounting team in the day-to-day financial management of the Limited Liability Companies that own the real estate assets under WMI management. WMI’s portfolio is valued at approximately $1 billion and includes 5 million square feet of commercial and residential properties that serve 550 commercial tenants and over 1,000 residential tenants. WMI’s accounting and finance group provides financial control and reporting, cash management, tax preparation, and LLC equity valuation.

Casey also manages WMI’s development team in strategic acquisitions and new development ventures. Since joining the company in 2017, he has helped close financing and managed construction of $200 million in new development, including nearly 1,000 units across several affordable and mixed-income multifamily projects. Before joining WMI, Casey worked at the City of Minneapolis's Department of Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED). While at CPED, he facilitated multiple redevelopment projects and helped local, small businesses secure public financing. Prior to CPED, Casey spent several years at the Community Reinvestment Fund, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that provides innovative financing in economically disadvantaged communities across the country. Casey earned a B.A. in business from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
