David Dosse

David Dosse is a Residential Maintenance Supervisor at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Prior to joining WMI in 2023, Dave was a Maintenance Supervisor at Aeon. He has been involved in property management field for over 20 years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Those roles include leasing agent, property manager, and portfolio director. He is known for his attention to detail and meticulous nature. The sense of fulfillment gained from a grateful resident upon completion of a job is one of his favorite parts of this work. He also loves fostering relationships with the network of vendors needed to keep his properties running smoothly.

In his personal time, Dave enjoys road trips in his RV with his wife, two kids, and dogs. Their favorite times are spent hiking and spending any extra time outdoors.
