Claudia Ramirez

Claudia Ramirez is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Since joining the company in 2023, she strives to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors at her buildings across the Twin Cities Metro. Claudia is originally from Wichita, KS and a graduate of Wichita State University where she earned her Bachelors degree in Marketing. She is a member of Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and serves on the Executive Committee for Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Young Leaders Group.
