Pete Salas

Pete Salas is a Building Engineer at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Pete provides general maintenance to several properties in St. Paul including all the company's properties in the Energy Park area. Pete comes in constant contact with tenants and ensures that their daily needs are met with satisfaction. He also meets with vendors who are involved with WMI properties. Prior to joining WMI in 2001, Pete worked as a building engineer at Colliers Towle as well as at Extendicare Nursing Homes where he was Building Engineer Director. Pete is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
