Eric Olsen, CPM, CCIM

Eric Olsen, CPM, CCIM is a Senior Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI) He manages 10 buildings consisting of over 250,000 sf. of retail, office and industrial space in St. Paul, Falcon Heights, Arden Hills, Roseville, Edina and Medina. Before joining Wellington Management in 2014, Eric served as a manager of commercial and residential properties at both Kingwood Management and Cities Management. Eric holds a Minnesota and Wisconsin broker's license. He graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN with a B.A. in Healthcare Administration.
