Eric Olsen, CPM, CCIM

Eric Olsen joined Wellington Management in 2014 and serves as Director of IT and Procurement. He leads technology strategy and purchasing initiatives across the company’s growing real estate portfolio, with a focus on creating systems that are efficient, reliable, and easy to use. Some of Eric’s initiatives include the company’s migration to the cloud, the expansion of fiber, camera, and network infrastructure across 40+ properties and counting. He holds broker’s licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin and earned a B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
