Jen Foster

Jen is a Leasing Specialist at The Townline Apartments in Minnetonka, proudly representing Wellington Management. She began her leasing career with Steven Scott (now Bader) and StuartCo, where she gained experience across multiple property types, including multi-site portfolios, lease-up communities, and a premier luxury property that won a prestigious MADACS award in 2024 for best new development, market rate.

Before transitioning into leasing, Jen had a long-time career in competitive ballroom dance—owning her own studio and winning three United States Professional Championship titles. She also runs a small online wellness business, focusing on empowering women in midlife. With a background rooted in performance, coaching, and customer care, Jen enjoys engaging with people and bringing a personal touch to leasing. Her passion lies in helping people to feel confident, comfortable, and truly at home.
