Kyle Gikling

Kyle Gikling joined Wellington Management, Inc. in January 2024, where he serves as Senior Property Manager and Senior Facilities Manager. His career spans over 10+ years, during which he has honed his skills in property management, leasing, development, and facilities management for a wide range of commercial and multi-family properties. Kyle is known for his expertise in delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of clients, investors, and the community.

Kyle’s passion for real estate began early on while working for his father’s residential remodeling and design firm. Since then, he has developed a deep interest in the physical aspects of real estate and the factors that contribute to a property's functionality. Through strategic planning, contract procurement, project management, tenant relations, and financial analysis, he has been ensuring the physical assets and their environments are managed effectively to create a safe, comfortable, and functional environment for their users.

Kyle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota.

Outside of the office Kyle enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring the great outdoors with his dog Gossig.
