Kongnyuy Lambiv

Kongnyuy (Kong) Lambiv is a Property Accountant for Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). He handles the accounting for select properties managed by WMI and the daily maintenance of the general ledgers and cash flows of each property in his portfolio. Prior to joining the company in 2022, he worked as an accountant for RBC, CliftonLarsonAllen and CBRE. Kongnyuy holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
