Shanell Kentfield is a Senior Residential Operations Manager at Wellington Management Inc. (WMI). Shanell has worked in the multi-housing industry for over 17 years. Shanell has experience in both Market rate and Affordable housing, but specializes in low-income Housing tax credit. She is very passionate about her work and continues to make measurable contributions to the housing industry. Shanell aims to make noticeable differences in people’s lives, by assisting them with finding stable housing. Outside of work Shanell mostly enjoys hanging out with her daughter and spending time fishing with her friends.
