Todd Kaufman

Todd Kaufman is a Senior Associate at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). He leases space in nine company office and retail buildings as well as for four WMI land parcels. The available space is located throughout the NW and SW metro area and in both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Prior to joining WMI in 2008, Todd was an 11-year property manager for Welsh Companies. There, he managed a mix of office, industrial, and retail properties consisting of 18 buildings and 160 tenants. Todd has managed the lease-up of WMI’s Hi Lake Shopping Center in Minneapolis as well as the company’s Highland Bank Building in Bloomington, Shady Oak Office Building in Minnetonka, Plymouth Corporate in Plymouth and Northwind Plaza Shopping Center in Brooklyn Park. Todd has also teamed up with other WMI staff to redevelop Coon Rapid Square in Coon Rapids and Nicollet-Goodwill in South Minneapolis. Todd is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Minnesota Shopping Centers Association (MSCA).
