Jason Ngwesse

Jason joined Wellington Management‘s customer service team in 2026. He started his professional career working at Enterprise, where he made it through their management trainee program. From his time at Enterprise, Jason grew another passion for cars and went on to sell them at Audi Richfield and Apple Ford in Apple Valley. Before joining Wellington, Jason worked for a group that managed janitorial services in commercial buildings.

Jason graduated from Concordia St. Paul with a degree in business administration. During his time in college, Jason played on the football team as a Cornerback and from there transitioned into boxing, which is a passion that has grown into something he’s enjoyed doing and watching regularly for the last 3-4 years.
